UNRIVALED PERFORMACE IN ENVIROMENTAL AND OPERATIONAL SUPPORT
WHO WE ARE

WHO WE ARE

CAMBS Marine Service began in January 1981, recovering residual oils and products from tanker ships and inland barges. Over the years, we expanded our operations to refineries and petrochemical plants, which now represent a significant portion of our business. Today, we specialize in the environmentally compliant recovery and reuse of hydrocarbons, providing a reliable alternative to hazardous waste disposal for oils, solvents, and chemicals—reducing cost, liability, and environmental impact, all while retaining the name that started it all.

WHAT WE DO

WHAT WE DO

From most locations across the continental U.S., we provide or coordinate dependable transport of oils, solvents, and other hydrocarbons by road or rail, wherever volumes and track access allow. Every shipment—truck or railcar—is handled by major nationwide carriers, fully certified and insured to meet Federal Department of Transportation standards.

WHY CHOOSE CAMBS

WHY CHOOSE CAMBS?

Our operations are fully compliant with the requirements of 40 CFR Part 262 and all applicable Department of Transportation regulations governing the transport of hazardous materials. This compliance allows us to ship acquired materials under a commercial bill of lading, enabling generators to avoid the costs and regulatory concerns associated with the storage and shipment of hazardous liquids previously classified as waste.

By purchasing all oils, solvents, and other hydrocarbons FOB, we assume title at the point of loading and accept full responsibility for the safe transport of the material through final discharge. This transfer of ownership relieves the original generator of liability while the material is in transit.
